Description (Service) | Provides multidisciplinary short-term treatment to children and adolescents under the age of 18 with moderate to severe symptoms * this includes individuals who have recently been discharged from hospital for medical stabilization, or who may experience acute medical crisis if appropriate intervention is not offered * individuals with milder symptoms may benefit from community based supports * team includes social workers, dieticians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrist and a pediatrician Services include:
