Description (Service) Parent/caregiver peer support programs and online groups, skills training, education and awareness to end stigma, and advocacy to influence government policy; free, confidential

Parents and caregivers provide telephone peer support Monday-Friday

Parent-to-Parent Support (P2P)
Trained parent supporters with lived experience provide telephone peer support sessions
  • 8 conversations of up to 1 hour each over 2 month period

Virtual Peer Support Group
Trained peer facilitator provides support to families concerned about a loved-one's substance use

Hours Voice mail available Mon-Fri 24 hours, response within 48 hours
Telephone Peer Support:
  • Mon-Fri 12 noon-3 pm
  • also Wed 7 pm-9 pm
Peer Support Group:
  • 1st and 3rd Mon of each month, 7 pm-8:30 pm
  • 1st and 3rd Tue of each month, 12 noon-1:30 pm
