Description (Service)

Community mental health programs including individual and family counselling, and counselling and support for youth struggling with mental health and substance use

  • intensive short-term crisis intervention
  • child, youth and parent counselling
  • youth justice programs, including diversion and rehabilitation
  • transitions to adult services
  • parenting support, courses and groups
  • housing supports
  • educational groups for youth
  • volunteer opportunities

Some programs in partnership with other community agencies

Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-8:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm; some evening groups available

Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and under 
 
Children and youth birth-17 years who are experiencing mental health issues, at risk of involvement with criminal justice system, have anger management or other social disorders, and their families; also programs and supports for youth who identify as LGBTQ2S+
Application Call Centralized Intake 905-451-4655, or visit WhereToStart.ca; self referrals and family referrals; referrals accepted from Peel Children's Aid Society workers, probation officers, Peel District School Board teachers and staff, Crown attorneys/Ontario Court of Justice; referring organizations must obtain appropriate consents for disclosure of information prior to referral to any program
