Provides free, confidential tobacco and vaping cessation support tailored to First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and urban Indigenous communities across Canada

Services include:

  • One-on-one support from trained Quit Coaches
  • Personalized quit or reduction plans
  • Telephone counselling
  • Live chat support
  • Text messaging support (text CHANGE to 123456)
  • Information on managing cravings and withdrawal symptoms
  • Information about nicotine replacement therapies and quit medications
  • Referrals to local cessation programs and supports
  • Follow-up coaching and encouragement
  • Support for people helping others quit
  • Resources for healthcare and community service providers
