Description (Service)

Food for Life Program

  • outreach program provides people in need with direct access to fresh food within their neighborhood
  • application required, bring one piece of ID showing name and current address to activate your membership. 
  • Activation can take up to 7 days, once verified, you’ll receive your Food for Life membership number, which is unique to you and will be used for all future visits
  • 2 grocery bags per family
