| Description (Service) | Inpatient and outpatient mental health services for youth Youth Urgent Assessment Clinic - one-time consultation for youth experiencing a mental health crisis with referral from Sunnybrook Emergency Department; maximum of three sessions Fresh Start Day Treatment Program - day treatment program combining academic skills with therapeutic groups for adolescents 14-20 years with a primary diagnosis of a mood, anxiety or psychotic disorder |
