- assessment and treatment of substance use issues and concurrent mental health needs
- harm reduction education and supplies including overdose prevention
- brief individual counselling; group counselling/support
- management of acute withdrawal from alcohol and opioids
- medication assisted treatment
- referral to longer-term treatment
