Community Family Services include:

  • individual assistance on a case-by-case basis

  • Christmas assistance program for families in need of support during Christmas

Pathway of Hope 

  • The Pathway of Hope program is designed to help families achieve greater stability and independence. It provides personalized case management, connecting families with essential resources. The program works through community partnerships to offer comprehensive support and aims to create lasting positive changes for participating families
