Description (Service)

Activities include:

  • all day and half day birding field trips
  • summer evening walks 
  • monthly meetings with guest speakers 
  • citizen science
    • annual Christmas Bird Count - club support for and participation in December count
    • Halton Bluebird Club - nest box building and monitoring 

Member club of Ontario Nature and affiliated with Nature Canada

  • meetings third Mon of each month 7:30 pm, Sep-Apr (except Dec) at Church of St. Bride, 1516 Clarkson Road North, Mississauga
  • field trips (approximately 20) throughout the year - meet location dependent on trip destination
  • Summer Evening Walks Mon 7 pm - meet location dependent on trip destination
