Description and Service Details
Description (Service) | Provides transitional housing and culturally responsive wrap-around support services to vulnerable racialized youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness in the Halton Region. Our mission is to help them overcome barriers and strengthen their self-efficacy so they can become valuable contributors to our community.
