Description and Service Details

Description (Service)

Provides mentorship, career development and skills training for Black, racialized and immigrant youth and adults including:

  • One-to-one and group mentorship to support career advancement and networking
  • Employment supports including resume development, interview preparation, and job readiness
  • Youth programs focused on career exploration and workforce readiness
  • Programs for women, including support for mothers re-entering the workforce
  • Training in digital literacy, AI tools, and career readiness
  • Financial literacy and financial empowerment education
  • Workplace inclusion, leadership, and wellness training for organizations
