Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Youth chapter of the Huntington Society of Canada and open to all youth provides a community and support network for young people affected by Huntington disease attend events, virtual meetings, and/or volunteer Youth Mentorship Program designed to support young people across Canada facing the everyday challenges of growing up in a family affected by Huntington disease adult volunteers involved in the mentoring program will also be from families affected by HD, which may assist the youth in better understanding and connecting with the mentors mentors will be committed to supporting, guiding, and being a friend to the youth download the Youth Mentor Application here for more information or to get involved contact the Mentorship Coordinator at mentorship@huntingtonsociety.ca, call toll free 1-800-998-7398 ext 212, or visit the website
