Description (Service)

Peer-led and youth-focused peer program that provides young people impacted by mental health and/or addiction, a place to go, hang out, and have fun - without judgment, without stigma, on their own terms

  • allows young people to just be youth
  • learn coping and resiliency skills
  • make social connections
  • learn about resources in the community

Groups

Tuesday Night (In-person & Zoom)

  • Join Unsinkable Just Be You for a youth-led, youth-focused hybrid peer support group
  • for youth ages 16-26, virtually - anywhere in Canada, and in-person - from GTA/Halton Region

Wednesday Night (Zoom)

  • Join ADAPT Halton in a laid-back social-rec peer support program
  • for youth ages 16–24 impacted by mental health or addiction issues
