  • weekly private weigh-in followed by program meeting 
  • weight goals set by member and his/her doctor

  • Tue 1 pm-1:30 pm (weigh-in), 1:30 pm-2 pm (meeting)
  • first Tue of each month (weigh-in only) 1 pm-1:30 pm
