There are many creative activities, sensory and early literacy experiences to choose from within the room and a registered Early Childhood Educator in a co-learner role with the adults and children participating.

Music and Movement Programs Adults and children can participate in a variety of gross motor activities that stimulate muscle development, balance, flexibility, coordination, language skills, turn taking and social skills all while having lots of fun! This program will include balls, slides, bean bags, hula hoops, tunnels, balance beam, and rocking boats as well as a musical component and circle time.

Baby Sing and Connect (Ages 0-12 months) Parents are the first and most powerful influence child’s learning, development, and well-being. This group provides valuable time to connect with your baby as you sing-a-long to songs. This group offers an opportunity to demonstrate and expand on early literacy and language through repetition and memory. An Educator is your partner in this interactive and enjoyable program.

Exploring Mother Nature at Mill Pond Outdoor Program (Ages 0-6) This year-round, outdoor Early Years Drop-In program gives adults and children an opportunity to explore and discover the wonders of nature at the beautiful Mill Pond. Parents and caregivers will have a chance to develop language skills with their children while walking around the pond. Children often express themselves in new and different ways when placed in an outdoor environment. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

Baby Toddler Play and Connect Program (Ages 0-18 months) Babies and toddlers grow and flourish in a positive age appropriate environment and within the context of healthy relationships. Baby & Toddler Drop-in gives parents/caregivers and children an opportunity to explore, engage, and express themselves together which helps strengthen the bond between adult and child. There are many creative activities, sensory and early literacy experiences to choose from within the room and a registered Early Childhood Educator in a co-learner role with the adults and children participating.

Infant Massage Program (Ages 0-8 months) Join the Educators for a hands-on program where you will participate in infant massage along with your baby. This is a chance to learn about the benefits of massage, gain parenting confidence, and build strong connections with your infant. You will be able to talk and connect with other new parents as well as seek support from the Educators during the first months of your child's life. Please choose a low-scent, food-grade, nut-free oil for Infant Massage. Be sure to test it on your newborn at least 24 hours prior to your first class. Grapeseed oil is recommended, but olive, coconut, or other are also acceptable. Bring it with you, as well as a towel on the day of program.
