Description (Service)

Provides a broad range of medical, therapeutic and support services to children from birth to 19 years of age with physical and developmental disabilities, autism, communication disorders, and children who are deaf and blind


Services provided include:

  • physiotherapy
  • occupational therapy
  • autism services
  • assistive device resource service
  • infant hearing screening and infant hearing services (including an audiology room for hearing-aid fitting and dispensing)
  • blind-low vision early intervention program
  • medical services
  • specialty clinics (Botox, feeding/swallowing, nutrition, orthopedic, orthotics, personal care, nursing, rehab, and splinting clinics)
  • recreation therapy
  • respite program
  • behavior consultation services
  • preschool speech and language services
  • social work services
  • service navigation
  • psycho-educational services (comprehensive assessments of cognitive, academic, social-emotional well-being and overall adaptive functioning)
  • Special Services at Home (SSAH)
  • transition services (transition to school, transition into the adult service system)
  • controlled multi-sensory Snoezelen room for children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • summer therapeutic programs
  • volunteer opportunities available

Mon-Thu 8am-6pm * Fri 8am-5pm * some program hours operate weekends and evenings
