Digital Fundamentals

Support, provided by volunteers, to help explore and learn understanding devices through a range of digital literacy topics including

• general tasks such as texting, calling, emailing
• new devices such as phone, tablet, or computer, and general features
• video platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime
• Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint
• Internet and social media
• online safety, protecting privacy, recognizing scams, managing use (screen time, responsible use, etiquette)
• online purchasing
• understanding artificial intelligence (AI)
