Description (Service)	Inpatient and outpatient mental health services for youth, focusing on complex mood disorders Family Navigation Project, familynavigation@sunnybrook.ca -- phone and email support in navigating the mental health and addictions service system, for youth 11-29 years and their families living in the Greater Toronto Area Fresh Start Day Treatment Program, day treatment program combining academic skills with therapeutic groups for adolescents 14-19 with a primary diagnosis of a mood, anxiety or psychotic disorder
