Charitable organization

  • committed to improving the quality of life for Canadian Amputees by providing financial assistance, peer support and information on all aspects of living with amputation


Programs and services, including:

  • Key Tag and Address Label Service (1-800-250-3030)
  • Child Amputee (CHAMP) Program: services to child amputees and their families (1-800-267-4023)
  • National Amputee Centre (NAC): educates amputees and their families about all aspects of amputation (1-877-612-2472)
  • Advocacy
  • PLAYSAFE / DRIVESAFE Programs: kids-to-kids approach to safety awareness (1-800-267-7487)
  • Adult Amputee Program: provides adult amputees with financial assistance (1-877-622-2472)
