Description and Service Details
| Description (Service) | Offers virtual visits with a physician for qualifying patients. The online interaction is by video or audio chat. Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis for urgent, but non-life threatening medical issues. Eligible patients still have access to a nurse practitioner or physician, could have their prescriptions or doctor's notes fulfilled, and will not be charged a fee for accessing the service. Please note, your primary care provider should always be your first point of contact. If you cannot access your primary care provider in a timely manner, or you do not have a primary care provider, this service is a suitable option. |
