Description (Service)	Free community drop-in program that offers weekly social hub and lunch hot buffet, salad bar, and dessert bar prepared and served by community volunteers produce, bread and prepared food giveaway emergency clothing and hygiene items available Community organizations also onsite: Support House's Mobile Health Team: free mobile medical clinic with nurse practitioner, weekly, 10 am-3 pm Support House Social Worker, Peer Support, and Community Outreach Coordinator: assistance with emergency housing, mental and emotional resources, weekly, 10 am-3 pm Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): weekly, 12 pm - 3 pm Halton Housing Help: support to find housing in Halton, bi-weekly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm Service Canada: access Service Canada account with photo ID and Social Insurance Number, learn about programs and benefits, last Friday of the month, 12 noon-3 pm Burlington Family Health Team: Mobility Aid Clinic and System Navigator, monthly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm Centre For Skills Development: free employment services, monthly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm
