Description (Service)

Swimming programs:  

  • learn to swim for beginners (ages 5-8)
  • fundamentals program for advancing beginners (ages 5-10), building technical skills to advance toward competitive  
  • novice, junior, intermediate and senior competitive programs (ages 7-20) to develop the novice swimmer through to the elite swimmer
