A service club that supports community, youth and health-related organizations 
 
Major initiatives include support for:

  • Joseph Brant Hospital
  • Oakville Trafalgar Hospital (Oakville)
  • Lions Foundation of Canada (LFC) - Guide Dogs (Oakville)
  • Various Local Food Banks
  • Burlington Festival of Lights
  • CNIB Camp Lake Joseph (Muskoka)
  • Lions Camp Dorset (Muskoka) dialysis unit
  • Lions Camp Huronda (Muskoka)
  • Lions Camp Kirk
  • Lions Club International Foundation (provides humanitarian, disaster, and crisis relief assistance globally)

Provides high school scholarships and elementary school awards - contact for details 
 
Fundraisers include:

  • Burlington Lions Hall - event rentals
  • Burlington Centre Farmers Market, for more information see separate listing here
  • event parking - Ribfest and the Sound of Music Festival
  • eye glasses donations (see website for donation locations)
