Description (Service)

Food bank services can be accessed on a bi-weekly basis

  • delivery service available upon request if unable to come in due to disability or illness
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing
  • Bread Basket serves the Greater Georgetown area (Hornby, Norval, Limehouse and Georgetown)
Hours
  • Tue 4:30 pm-7 pm, Wed and Sat 8:30 am-12 noon
  • Emergency help may be available if needed, by arrangement, outside of regular hours

Eligibility Those assessed to have financial need are eligible to participate in the Bread Basket program

  • identification for all family members and proof of current address is required for participation
  • application must be filled out in person at the Food Bank
