Accepting referrals for clients residing in the the Mississauga Halton area or from primary care providers who practice in Mississauga, Oakville, Southwest Etobicoke, Milton or Georgetown * this includes referrals to both Ambulatory Outpatient Mental Health Services at Halton Healthcare and Trillium Health Partners |
