Effective April 3, 2024, Wellness Together Canada and the PocketWell app will no longer be available. All resources and services will remain accessible until then. Please visit WTC Closure Information for details.

Online mental health and substance use support, including telephone support, resources, tools, apps and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals; confidential modules for addressing low mood, worry, substance use, social isolation and relationship issues

PocketWell App
Includes access to self-assessment tool and tracker that monitors mood and mental well-being; connects to WTC portal

MindWell for Healthcare Workers
4 weekly lesson modules to increase resilience and well-being; contact for session schedule; registration required

Togetherall
Online mental health wellness resource includes peer support community and self-help courses on topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression, isolation and loneliness; access to licensed and registered mental health practitioners
