Description (Service) Access to a wide range of Ontario government services and information including staff assistance and information and referral.

Driver and Vehicle -- vehicle permits and plates ; drivers licences ; accessible parking permits ; motorized snow vehicle permits ; off-road vehicle permits ; copies of records ; product sales

Health -- Ontario health card registration, renewal of photo health card, replacement (lost, stolen or damaged) and change of name or address ; replacement of red and white health card with photo health card ; organ and tissue donor registration.

Ontario Photo Card -- apply for, renew or replace card ; change name, address or digital signature on card ; digital photo for card.

Note: Some locations cannot provide health card services if document from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada is a Temporary Resident Permit or a Work Permit (Employment Authorization) that says 'valid until' or 'issued until' a specific date.
